Any personal information supplied to the Society, except for that already in the public domain, will be kept confidential and will not be passed to any third party without the express permission of the data subject unless required by Law, or a court order, or a binding request from a regulatory (or other analogous) authority.

The Society keeps all information about members and customers in a secure environment.

The names and addresses (including, Telephone, Email, etc.) of members are kept on a computer database, and used to assist the regular mailings of the Society.
