Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026
The Meeting will be held online on Thursday 16th July 2026 at 7.30pm, via Zoom.
Joining instructions and relevant documents will be emailed to eligible members by Thursday 25th June 2026.
Members for whom we do not have an email address on file will receive the AGM documents by post.

You must be a current member of the Society to attend, vote, or stand for an elected position.
All membership categories are classed as voting members with the exception of ‘Friends’ and ‘Student Associates’.
