The Norfolk Record Society has a regular programme of events and lectures. These are generally held in connection with the launch of our volumes, or topics linked to our past or future volumes and our annual general meeting.

Some of our events are for members only, while others are open to non-members.

2024 Volume Launch and Lecture

Socialism in Kings Lynn and Suffragism in Great Yarmouth

This volume includes the Minutes of the Kings Lynn Socialist and Labour Societies, 1897-1916, and the Minutes of the Executive Committee of the Great Yarmouth Women’s Suffrage Society, 1909-1915.

Edited by Frank Meeres.

The launch will take place as an in-person and online on Thursday 18 July at 7.30pm, with a lecture by Dr Jennifer Davey, Head of the History of Parliament.
